Welcome to BerryCore Systems Inc. This Help Center is designed to guide you through our services clearly and simply. Whether you are a new client or returning, the information below will help you understand what to expect at every step.
Step 1 — Contact Us to Book
Reach out by phone or email to inquire about the service you need. We will confirm whether your situation falls within our current service offerings and provide you with next steps.
Step 2 — Complete Your Intake Form
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a Client Intake Form. This form collects the information and documents we need to serve you accurately. Please complete it fully and honestly. Incomplete information may delay or affect the accuracy of your return or records.
Step 3 — Sign Your Engagement Letter
Before any work begins, you will be required to sign a Client Engagement Letter. This document outlines the scope of services, fees, and your responsibilities as a client. It protects both you and BerryCore.
Step 4 — Sign the T183 (Tax Clients Only)
If you are filing a personal tax return, you must sign a T183 — Information Return for Electronic Filing — before your return can be submitted to the CRA. This is a mandatory government requirement. No return will be filed without it.
Step 5 — Review and Approval
We prepare your return or complete your bookkeeping based on the information you provide. You will have the opportunity to review everything before submission or delivery.
Step 6 — Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of your engagement.
A T1 General is the form used by individuals to file a personal income tax return with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). It reports your total income, deductions, and credits for the tax year to calculate whether you owe tax or are entitled to a refund.

What BerryCore Bookkeeping Includes
Why It Matters
The CRA requires businesses to keep records for a minimum of six years from the end of the last tax year to which they relate. Disorganized or missing records can result in CRA assessments, penalties, or a denial of claimed expenses. BerryCore helps you stay organized, accurate, and compliant.
